How should I talk with my siblings or other family members about Carefull?
If you are coordinating your parents’ care with siblings, other family members or financial professionals, the Carefull app can make it easier to communicate with them about your parents’ finances. You can do this by adding them to your “Circle” in the app.
Before adding members to your Circle, we recommend that you first tell them that you are using Carefull to organize and protect your parents’ finances. Let them know that the app allows you to only view your parents’ accounts, not make transactions. Explain that the app monitors your parents’ accounts and sends alerts when something needs your attention.
By adding members to your Circle, they will be able to see what you see, get alerts and communicate with you within the app to resolve issues with your parents’ finances. Let your siblings and family members know that Carefull will make it easier for all of you to coordinate and stay on top of your parents’ finances together.
If you need help explaining Carefull, you can also print out or forward them our brochure to give them a quick overview of what the app does and how it works.
